The long narrow entryway strip of vacant land at the front of East Williamsburg Scholars Academy in Brooklyn, NY was planted with the help of hardworking students from the school. Hundreds of native grasses, shrubs, flowers, and ferns were planted to help beautify the school in a productive way that creates habitat.
