PS/IS 121 is a public elementary and middle school located in the Borough Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Nature Based partnered with PS 121 and served as their garden designer, builder, and coordinator. We helped the school realize its vision to sustain a learning environment that brings experiences with the living environment directly to its students. We created a school garden system that is a mix of urban permaculture oasis and learning space.
